Johnny Mac’s Bio
John McDaniel has devoted most of his life to public service, first in the military and then in law enforcement. He has served as Sheriff of Jackson County for the last twenty-eight years, re-elected six times. As Sheriff, he goes beyond the job description, doing anything necessary to help the folks in his county. He mentors troubled youth, works to connect families in need with the right services, and brings the community together to get things done.
He’s running for the state legislature because he understands the needs of Northwest Florida residents and will work hard to get things done in Tallahassee.
